I've already left Vietnam — how can I get my item back?

The whole process is remote. You send us the hotel name, your stay dates and a description of the item; we contact the hotel on your behalf, verify and collect it, then ship it to your home address. You never need to return to Vietnam.

What does the hotel have to do?

Almost nothing. Once you authorize us, we coordinate directly with the hotel's front desk or lost-and-found to identify and hand over your item. We handle the paperwork, packing and courier booking.

How much does it cost?

How long does it take?

After you approve the quote, we verify and collect the item, then ship by express courier with a live tracking link. We confirm the estimated transit time for your route together with the quote, since it depends on the destination and carrier. Collection timing depends on the hotel, but we usually confirm within a day or two.

How do I know it's really my item?

Before we pack anything, we photograph the item and send the pictures to you for confirmation. Nothing ships until you tell us it is the right one.
