Rates start from $20-35/kg depending on the destination country and carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). We provide free quotes — just message us on WhatsApp with your items and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping via DHL/FedEx/UPS typically takes 2-5 business days to most destinations. Asian countries (Japan, Korea, China) are fastest at 2-3 days. US, UK, and Australia take 3-5 days.

Do you pick up from my hotel?

Yes! We offer free pickup in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. Just tell us your hotel address, preferred time, and we will come to collect your items.

What items can I ship from Vietnam?

Most souvenirs and personal items can be shipped: coffee, tea, ceramics, textiles, art, lacquerware, spices, and clothing. Restricted items include fresh food, meat, plants, seeds, and antiques (pre-1945).
