4. Scope: UPS Worldwide Express Plus, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Expedited, and Express Freight — the base rate is set by the destination’s UPS zone.

For ground/freight services:

• The On-Highway Diesel index is used instead of jet fuel.
• The surcharge is usually lower than for air services.
